Review candidates, provide required franchise disclosures, manage franchise agreements, and collect franchise fees.
Fireside must approve your application and complete a signed partner agreement.
Earn on franchise fees received.
Commissions are calculated on eligible franchise fees Fireside actually receives from your accepted, attributed franchise sale. Affiliates earn 20%; franchise brokers earn 40%. Monthly payouts cover cleared funds received in the previous calendar month.
For financed fees, commissions accrue installment by installment as payments are collected. No commission is advanced on unpaid amounts. Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks adjust the associated commission. Royalties, service fees, taxes, and recurring revenue are excluded. The two rates do not stack.
Applications do not create commission eligibility. Fireside reviews each application and finalizes a signed partner agreement before participation begins.
